The estate Tabourelles is located in Touraine, land with a thousand riches where have lingered Princes and legendary kings, sources of inspiration of illustrious thinkers. These names sound and call immediately the idea of the “Terroir”.

The Loire, the last wild river in Europe and its tributaries punctuate this valley where so many wonders remain secret for the natives themselves.

The vineyard of Appellation Touraine extends from the Sologne to the limits of the Vienne, on the slopes which border the Loire, Cher and Indre. Soils, of different nature, give a wide variety of wines.

The Loire Valley: a great wine region

The Loire Valley, the 3rd largest French wine region, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site (from Chalonnes-sur-Loire to Sully-sur-Loire), represents, from the Atlantic to the Center Region, the point of equilibrium between South and North, sweetness and freshness, arts and letters, tradition and modernity.

From these harmonious blends, favored by a temperate climate and sumptuous terroirs, was born the most vivid diversity of wines.

800 km of tourist road: The vineyard road in french “ la route des vins”, the longest in France with its 800 km marked by many signs, invites you to discover an exceptional heritage along the Loire, punctuated with castles and landscapes of 'a great diversity.

 

History
