Soil : Argilo calcairesur tuffeau

Method of grape harvest : Mechanics

Vinification : Pressing in pneumatic press from the harvest, *débourbage* cold statics (6°c 24 hours later), low temperature fermentation, breeding on fine dregs, stabilization, clarification, bottling in spring.

Tasting : With a pinkish dark salmon dress and a ruffle of fine bubbles, this Traditional Method reveals a spicy nose of red berries. While having a heart attack round, this wine is smooth, long, with one finale granular.
