The estate's are situated entirely within the commune of Bourré, on the hills which overlook the Cher, upstream of Chenonceaux.

The valley of the Cher, which runs from east to west, allows its hillsides, exposed to the south, to benefit, without obstacle, from the aromas of the Atlantic, which perform the essential function of guaranteeing a thermal regularity (modified maritime climate).

The Senonian and Turonian geological characterististics (the stone known as Tuffeau de Bourré), chalky and silicious (clay of silex), increase the range of wine-making possibilities.
