The vineyard of Appellation Touraine Chenonceaux is composed of the best slopes of the Cher Valley. The best soils are selected and yields limited to guarantee high quality grapes. Two vintages will be produced, a Sauvignon Blanc cuvee with a maturation on fine lees of at least 6 months and a red wine from a unique blend of Côt and Cabernet, with a minimum aging of 10 months.
